Job Title: Janitorial Associate

Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager

Summary

Uncle Ray’s is a growing Food Manufacturing based in Montgomery City MO. We are looking to hire an experienced Janitorial Associate to assist with day-to-day duties that ensure a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. An ideal Janitorial Associate will be a self-starter that can independently take charge of keeping all areas of the workplace clean, organized, and disinfected.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Remove trash, cigarette buds, etc. from exterior of facility.
• Keep cleaning supply room stocked.
• Complete daily schedule and paperwork.
• Work as directed

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma
• 2 to 3 years of prior housekeeping experience Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Follow directions / Hard worker / Self - motivated
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with team.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Handle basic housekeeping and sanitation practices.
• Ability to bend, stoop, repetitive motions.

• Manufacturing environment (Slippery Surfaces, Extreme Temperatures, and Loud Machinery)
• Physical requirements
• May be required to lift to 50 pounds on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
